Axioma Names Andrew G. Papandreadis
Director of Product Strategy and Management
NEW YORK, June 1, 2006-Axioma Inc., a leading global provider of risk analysis and portfolio rebalancing tools for the financial services industry, today announced the appointment of Andrew G. Papandreadis as Director of Product Strategy and Management.

Papandreadis was previously with IBM, where he was an Associate Partner in the Financial Services Practice. As a global practice leader, Papandreadis led the development of an organization to provide solutions and services to exchanges and front office operations for broker/dealers and investment managers.
Before that, Papandreadis was with Burlington Capital Markets as Senior Vice President - Head of Technology. Papandreadis oversaw the development of a fully electronic equities trading operation, while helping to define product strategy and implement solutions for portfolio and options trading and risk management.
He spent five years at Instinet, where as Director - Head of Crossing Technology he focused on strategic product development and led a key project build the technology necessary to run a foreign exchange crossing service.
Earlier in his career, Papandreadis was with Ernst & Young LLP as a Senior Manager in the firm's IT Practice.
Papandreadis holds a B.S. and an M.S. in mechanical engineering from Oklahoma State University, and NASD Series 7/63 licenses.
